Please check out by 10:00 a.m. so that we can ensure that your room is as perfect and hygienically clean for the next guests as you found it on your arrival.

Parking

We have reserved a free parking space for you for the duration of your stay in an underground car park in the centre of St. Anton, which is a three-minute walk from us. Due to our location in the pedestrian zone and close to the mountain railway, you can enjoy a completely car-free holiday with us if you so wish.

The room or offer price includes VAT and service. In addition, the local tourism association tax of €3 per person per day will be charged.

The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry from 2006 apply with the exception of the cancellation terms.

Cancellation terms & coronavirus – summer season 2021

Due to the special circumstances of COVID-19, we have changed the cancellation terms so that you can cancel or rebook your booked holiday free of charge up to seven days before arrival. From six days to one day before the day of arrival, 90 percent cancellation fees apply. 100 percent cancellation fees apply in the case of non-arrival or early departure. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance for COVID 19 through Europäische Reiseversicherung. You can find more information here: https://www.europaeische.at. These guidelines only apply to bookings for the 2021 summer season at the Hotel Montana in St. Anton am Arlberg.

Cancellation terms for bookings from the winter season 2021/22

• 90 to 30 days before arrival: 30 percent of the total amount
• 30 to 14 days before arrival: 80 percent of the total amount
• 14 to zero days before arrival: 100 percent of the total amount
• In the event of late arrival or early departure or no-show, the entire booked stay will be charged.
• If you cancel less than 90 days before your arrival, we are entitled to debit the respective cancellation fee from your credit card.
• We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

In case of another lockdown

Or if the Austrian government issues an entry ban, we as a business are not entitled to charge your down payment or cancellation costs. However, if there is a lockdown and this is lifted again by the time your holiday starts, the regular cancellation costs of the Hotel Montana in St. Anton am Arlberg will apply if you cancel.

If there is an active travel warning for the town of St. Anton am Arlberg

You can cancel your stay at the Montana free of charge one day before your arrival. This only applies to an outright travel warning! If you cancel less than 90 days before your arrival, we are entitled to debit the respective cancellation fee from your credit card.
