In this hectic day and age it is becoming ever more important to take time out for ones self. The theme of Wellness has never before been so talked about. Correct use of the wellness will benefit your body, mind and soul.
After a Sauna you should rest in the relaxation room, until your pulse returns to it«s normal rate { in any event a minimum of 15 minutes }before returning to the Sauna. After the Sauna and before the relaxation room it is recommended to spend a couple of minutes in the Fresh Air Atrium - breathe in the fresh,clean, mountain air and let it cool your lungs.
